The term 'crossover' summarizes my latest ones 20 years dedicated to the acoustic guitar, in particular it summarizes my 'free' and personal approach to the instrument and the various performance techniques, compared to the search for sounds always balanced between modernity and tradition, all applied to a heterogeneous musical repertoire, which finds its justification exclusively in playing what I like, regardless of gender.

My latest ones 2 recording works, vinyl 45 The tours 'Portata dal Vento' and the CD 'Marguerite' represent my way of living and interpreting music: the first made with a small parlor guitar with steel strings, the second made on its twin with nylon strings. The acoustic sound of steel and the classic sound of nylon merge into a single project, music and violin making, that I propose during my concerts and my live appearances.

vinyl 45 giri: Carried by the Wind

After my latest solo work, the CD 'Sequeri' published in 2013, I wanted to make a vinyl in 7" format, and 45 you turn with 2 unreleased instrumental songs:

The idea of ​​vinyl in this particular format was combined with the idea of ​​publishing something essential and original. I 2 The songs present enclose my human and musical journey in recent years. I used a French lutherie guitar, a small Chatelier Parlor in maple built to my precise specifications by the Chatelier luthiers of Nice.

I didn't want to give up the audio quality of the original recordings: Anyone who purchases the vinyl will find a QR code on the back of the cover with which they can download for free, and instantly, songs in digital format and musical scores, an innovative idea that makes this work even more unique.

The 'Crossover Guitarist' project is completed with the 'Marguerite' CD made entirely with the Chatelier Parlor Nylon Classica guitar. The guitar has a name, Marguerite, which is the name of a little girl, never existed and the subject of my imagination. The small classical guitar is the twin sister of the steel that I have been using for some time, it is the same project in shape and size, appropriately modified to adapt it to structural needs, construction and timbre, nylon strings. The CD contains, also in this case, 2 unreleased songs:

CONCERTO

During my concert I propose my latest recordings 'Marguerite' and 'Portata dal Vento' and a repertoire composed of my original songs and personal arrangements of more famous songs, of various musical genres.

During the concert I like to involve the audience, talking and telling my musical experience in a simple and informal way.

Exclusively instrumental music, lead guitar, no loop station.

Acoustic fingerstyle guitarist, composer, solo artist.

E’ president of the 'Fingerstyle Life' association’ with which he promotes initiatives related to the world of guitar.

He collaborated for 8 years as an author/journalist with the specialized magazine 'Chitarra Acustica’ (fingerpicking.net).

He published and produced 3 cd in favor of the 'Wine & Guitar Clan’: “3 Guitars Clan”, “Four Guitars Clan”, e “Five Guitars Clan”.

In the 2009 he releases his solo album on the Fingerpicking.net label “Love and Psyche”.

In the 2009 is present in the compilation “34 Times Love”, cd produced by Fingerpicking.net.

In the 2013 he releases his second solo album on the Fingerpicking.net label “To follow”.

In the 2018 is present on the compilation “Chatelier Guitars The Player’s Collection”.

In the 2022 publish the 45 vinyl records 'Brought by the Wind’ with the song of the same name and the unreleased 'Momenti di tea.

He personally held dozens of seminars, demos and workshops in important musical contexts, trade fair events, festival, shops, music schools etc.
