This is an exhibition/market aimed at lovers of collectible electric and acoustic guitars. The public therefore expects an offer of mainly vintage instruments, of “vintage” or otherwise valuable guitars, be they electric or acoustic. We therefore invite you to take into account these expectations of those who will visit our event with their usual enthusiasm.
The spaces reserved for exhibitors are distributed in the two rooms on the ground floor, in the long corridor on the first floor to the right of the access staircase and in the large City Council room on the second floor. In the latter we intend to achieve, as in the latest edition of 2012, the “Acoustic Village”, intended precisely to host those who will present instruments of this type.
Whoever exhibits here will also have the opportunity to use, agreeing on its management with the companions in the exhibition area, the room in front, not intended for exhibition area, to demonstrate your tools.

- Exhibition module consisting of a 2x0.70 m table., 2 chairs and an electrical connection.
- Exhibition module composed of two 2x0.70 m tables., 2 chairs and an electrical connection.
- Third table (in addition to module B only), according to space availability.

To adequately respond to your requests, we have not foreseen rigidity in the layout of the workstations. Please therefore send us your requests, specifying which module you choose and your choice, if any, to be allocated to "Acoustic village".

By replying to your email we will specify which space can be assigned to you and the IBAN of the Ass. Pro Loco of Soave to which you can make the payment of the amount corresponding to the cost of your choice. Upon receipt of your bank transfer we will confirm that the space you requested has been definitively assigned to you.
Send your request using the form at the bottom of this page, providing all the requested information, and in particular:
- Piano, station and module (setup) chosen
- Type of instruments (electric or acoustic guitars) or the materials you intend to exhibit (accessories, spare parts, publications, etc.) needing, we repeat it, in the case of acoustic guitars or lutherie products in general, if you would like to be placed in the "Acoustic village".
- Any other exhibitor(s) you would like to be located in close proximity to (campo "Message").
We will do our best to accommodate requests.

ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION SPACES
Exhibitors will be able to access the spaces assigned to them to prepare the exhibition:
Late entries will not be allowed, and this to protect the safety and smooth running of the event.
In case of sale of instruments to visitors, exhibitors are invited to give customers a declaration certifying that the instrument sold can leave the exhibition area. Alternatively they can accompany their customer outside, by making yourself recognized by the revenue control officers. This is to avoid the risk of skilful theft or misunderstandings. No object, poster, The sign can be placed or glued to the walls of the exhibition areas.
No objects or containers may be dragged across the floors.
